Addleshaw Goddard Announces Debt Partner Appointment to its London Finance practice
Addleshaw Goddard the international law firm announces the appointment of Alasdair McKenzie to Partner in the Finance & Projects (F&P) group. Alasdair joins the F&P team at AG in London from law firm Gowling WLG.
Alasdair McKenzie is known in the market as being a key legal adviser to a range of financial institutions, private equity sponsors and corporates on a range of domestic and international debt products across the capital structure, including leveraged and acquisition finance, early stage debt (especially in FinTech) and emerging markets.

Addleshaw Goddard reported global headcount at the end of the 2023/24 financial year was 2,700; a 6% headcount growth with appointments recently across financial services including tax, restructuring, financial regulations.
