Addleshaw Goddard appoints Kyle Rainsford to London tax team

London, United Kingdom - The international law firm Addleshaw Goddard has appointed Kyle Rainsford as partner in the London tax team, joining from Travers Smith where he led the real estate tax practice as a senior counsel in the Tax Department.  

Kyle Rainsford is known for his experience in advising on UK corporate and real estate tax. In addition to his general commercial tax expertise, he specialises in real estate tax, advising institutional real estate investors and real estate funds on the tax consequences of acquiring and disposing of real estate, residential and commercial development, and real estate financing. He also has considerable experience in the tax aspects of corporate transactions, particularly in a private equity context.

Paul Concannon, Head of Tax and Structuring, commenting on Kyle Rainsford's appointment, said:
