Addleshaw Goddard LLP has advised Miniclip on its acquisition of Lessmore, an independent mobile games studio and developer of the hit mobile games EatVenture, Pocket Chess and We Are Warriors!, based in Germany. Miniclip is a leading international video games and entertainment company. The transaction completed earlier this year.

The Addleshaw Goddard cross-border team was led by Nick Pearey and Vinay Rawal. They were supported by Dr. Hubertus Schröder, Dr. Theresa Röttger, Chris Fox, Ross McKenzie, Lauren Steele, Yves-Alexander Wolff and Joseph Saggese.
