International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised Identity E2E Limited (IdentityE2E) on its acquisition by CACI Limited, a leading data and technology solutions company.

IdentityE2E provides specialist services in biometrics, DevOps, cloud engineering and QAT to a strong roster of central government clients.
The Addleshaw Goddard team advising on the deal was led by Richard Hunt, Tom Hopwood and Sophie Ovenden.
