Addleshaw Godard has advised Inbest GPF Socimi ("Inbest GPF") on the acquisition of an indirect stake of c.30% of the company that owns the property located at Calle de María de Molina 50, in Madrid. The transaction marks Inbest GPF's entry into one of the largest office building refurbishment projects currently underway in Madrid, which includes the development of a residential project and a student residence.

The multidisciplinary team of Addleshaw Goddard that has participated in this deal has been coordinated by partners Pepe Calleja (Real Estate) and Roberto Pomares (Corporate), who have had the support of associates Fátima García de la Torre and Elena Torrecillas.
