The international law firm Addleshaw Goddard has approved the promotion of María de Orueta and José Carlos Fraga as new partners of the firm in the areas of Investment Funds and Litigation & Arbitration respectively.
María de Orueta specialises in the structuring of national and international investment funds (private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate funds, mezzanine, funds of funds, etc.), secondary transactions, co-investment plans, and other transactions related to the private equity sector.
José Carlos Fraga specialises in Litigation, as well as national and international arbitration. Throughout his career, he has specialised in the defence and pre-trial and procedural advice in litigation and arbitration of special complexity, involving different jurisdictions, with a focus on his practice in judicial proceedings related to the banking, energy, real estate, and investment funds sectors.
