Addleshaw Goddard continues to grow with a strategic partner hire in Germany. In January 2025, Marijke van der Most will strengthen the employment law practice. She joins Addleshaw Goddard’s Frankfurt office from employment law boutique Pusch Wahlig. She is accompanied by Pauline Kuhn, who will join as Managing Associate in Berlin in March.

Marijke van der Most advises national and international companies as well as executives on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. She has particular expertise in external personnel deployment, including temporary workers and freelancers, as well as advice in compliance. In addition, Pauline Kuhn specializes in negotiations with works councils and legal disputes relating to termination of employment. They have a deep industry focus on the energy, health, logistics, transport, and start-up sectors.

Marijke van der Most says about her move: “I am excited to start a new professional chapter at Addleshaw Goddard and to become part of a dynamic and future-oriented team. I am convinced that our clients will benefit from our expanded range of services and close collaboration across practice groups and countries.”

Addleshaw Goddard's international employment law practice has offices in Europe, Asia and the Middle East and advises global corporations, medium-sized companies, financial institutions, and start-ups on all matters of individual and collective employment law. In cross-border matters and M&A transactions, the employment practice works closely with other practice and sector groups from AG’s international offices and our global preferred firm network.

Addleshaw Goddard continues to expand and has strengthened its team in the past year with Dr. Anders Kraft in tax law, Katharina Feddersen in real estate and construction law as well as a renowned 8-member energy and regulatory law team led by partners Dr. Boris Scholtka, Dr. Laurenz Keller-Herder, and Eric Glattfeld. Further growth is also planned for 2025 in Germany.
