Paris, January 28th, 2025 – The Paris office of Addleshaw Goddard has appointed Neslihan Gabriel Denizkurdu as a partner within its real estate team.

Neslihan has been supporting a wide variety of players in the real estate industry, both French and international, for nearly 25 years, including investors, developers, hotel and managed residence operators, fund and asset managers, users, etc., across all types of real estate assets (offices, retail, hotels, logistics, specialised residences, housing, etc.).

With recognised experience in investment operations (real estate outsourcing, acquisitions, disposals, real estate promotions), construction law, and real estate management (commercial leases, asset and property management contracts), she has developed solid expertise in litigation cases throughout her career.

A specialist in complex real estate transactions, Neslihan also has in-depth expertise in international operations, serving as counsel to international clients for their real estate operations in France, and to French clients for their projects abroad.

Neslihan began her career in 2002 as an associate and then Counsel in the Real Estate and Litigation departments of De Pardieu Brocas Maffei. After 16 years at De Pardieu Brocas and Maffei, she joined Fairway in 2018, as a partner. She was admitted to the Paris and Istanbul bars in 2003, after obtaining a DESS in international trade from the EM Strasbourg Business School (2001) and a Master's degree in business law from the University Robert Schuman Strasbourg III (2000).

The arrival of Neslihan Gabriel Denizkurdu strengthens the capabilities of the existing real estate team, led by two partners, Sylvie Chandesris and Edouard Vitry.
