Alasdair is an Associate in the London Restructuring team and trained at the firm. Alasdair works on a range of transactional and contentious insolvency matters across a variety of sectors. Recent experience includes acting on:

• a multi-million-pound receiver share sale of a private health-care business; 
• the implementation of a restructuring scheme for an Anglo-Irish group of renewable energy companies; 
• an in-court administrator appointment by certain of the directors of a company where the make-up of the board was disputed;
• advice given to a US shareholder faction in a dispute with the directors of an English company regarding a refinancing and/or restructuring of its financial liabilities; and
• a pre-action settlement of certain claims alleged by administrators of a company against one of its former directors.
