Anthony Ayres brings several years of capital markets experience to Addleshaw Goddard, with transactional expertise in both equity and debt capital markets, along with public company representation experience. Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Anthony assisted issuers and banks in high yield, debt, and equity capital markets transactions while at a U.S. law firm in London. Anthony has worked with issuers from all around the world, including Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Baltics and has played a significant role in listings on The International Stock Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange, and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, among others. Prior to his work in capital markets, Anthony was a litigator in the United States. 

• Advised bookrunners on a multi-million euro transaction with a media, content and telecommunications company in the Baltics.
• Advised a German fashion company on a debt issuance on TISE. 
• Advised a UK grocery and convenience store chain on a related series of transactions, including a multi-billion dollar senior secured notes offering and the sale and leaseback of multiple properties.
