Perminder is an Associate in Addleshaw Goddard's Real Estate division. She joined AG in September 2012 and advises on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals and developments as well as supporting on all aspects of asset management within retail, industrial, office and corporate occupation. 

Perminder's clients include large institutional landlords and large supermarket retailer.

Key transactions include:

• acting for an institutional investment client assisting with the property aspects of the high value corporate acquisition of a large portfolio of properties and the subsequent refinancing of the properties within the portfolio.
• assisted with the project management for the sale of over 40 assets for a large pension fund. 
• disposal of a portfolio of multi-let estates for a large institutional landlord with a combined sale value of over £200m.
• advising and supporting a large intuitional landlord and landlord supermarket retailer on all aspects of their property portfolio.
