Carolene is an Inclusion manager who works with a wider team and specifically manages Ethnicity and Gender at Addleshaw Goddard. She joined AG at the end of 2021 from the Utilities sector where she worked in various roles the latest being in the Inclusion space. She holds a PhD in social policy and has focused her work on identity, intersectionality and Inclusion. She has also been a Co-Director of the comics forum conference (Leeds) for a few years. She is a Co-editor of a book on 'Representing Multiculturalism in Comics and Graphic Novels'. She brings a wealth of experience and skills to the Inclusion journey at AG.
