Eslam has assisted many government entities across the region with developing their regulatory frameworks and advised multiple private clients with various licensing such as SVF, Virtual Assets, BNPL, Debt Collection. Etc.

His experience includes:

• Advised digital assets service providers on licensing and regulatory requirements in the mainland UAE, DIFC and ADGM.
• Advised foreign and domestic fintechs and financial institutions on establishment, licensing and other legal and regulatory requirements in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
• Advised an international financial centre in the Middle East region on the development of a Digital Assets framework.
• Defined the legal baseline governing the various fintech business models e.g., Blockchain, Digital Assets, BNPL, Robo-Advisory, Payments, Open Banking, etc and supported in designing the guiding principles of a new fintech legislation in a GCC country.
• Supported a government entity in the Middle East region in the drafting of two legal instruments required for the implementation of an E-Invoicing framework.
