Jasem, a Managing Associate in our Corporate Finance team, specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity and venture capital transactions. He has successfully represented a diverse range of clients, including corporate entities, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, and venture capital investors, in a variety of transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and investments across multiple sectors.

Before joining Addleshaw Goddard, Jasem served as a Senior Associate in the Dubai office of a prominent US firm. His legal training and early practice took place in the London office of a leading international law firm.

  • Al Tahalof Al Tamm – acquisition of Kudu Food Company, a restaurant chain with over 200 outlets in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from private equity houses TPG and Actis
