EXPERTISE 

Kristina Anglin is an associate in the litigation team and is based in London. She works predominantly within the finance disputes team and has been involved commercial litigation and regulatory investigations work.

Kristina has also completed a 14-month secondment in the Commercial Banking Litigation team of a large bank, largely advising in respect of claims relating to interest rate hedging products.

Acting for the former CEO of a high profile company, now in liquidation.  Kristina is advising in relation to investigations arising from the liquidation, including by the Insolvency Service and the Financial Conduct Authority.

Defending a financial institution in relation to a civil claim related to alleged breaches of the FCA handbook. 

Finance litigation disputes representing large high street banks, largely in relation to mis-selling; 

Acting for the Leipzig water authority against UBS in a complex $350 million credit derivatives dispute.

Advising client in relation to an incorrectly registered charge on the company’s charges register.
