  • Gilly spent several years as a professional support lawyer at a leading legal publisher, where she developed their suite of practical guidance content on their Lexis®PSL Corporate Crime and Dispute Resolution modules. This experience provided Gilly with unparalleled knowledge across a range of subject matters relevant to criminal and civil litigation and internal investigations. Prior to joining AG, Gilly worked in a busy contentious financial services regulatory and white collar disputes team. 
  • Before becoming a knowledge lawyer, Gilly was a defence litigator and represented individuals in a range of white collar crime and asset recovery matters brought by prosecutors such as the FCA, NCA, CPS and SFO.
  • Gilly also has experience working in public prosecutions, in particular, in the asset recovery unit, where she was responsible for enforcing multi-million-pound restraint and confiscation orders.

  • Gilly is a knowledge management professional with significant experience of undertaking content review and updating projects.
  • Gilly will use her project management skills to coordinate delivery of this project within the required timescales. She will supervise the legal research and document production aspects of this project and oversee proof reading, citation and legislation checks, legal review and analysis and content updating.
