His unique insights from his doctoral research has enabled him to assist over 200 in-house legal teams to act differently, optimise their function and ensure a focus on having the right number of lawyers, with the right skills, doing the right things, with the right tools, in the right areas to achieve maximum value, efficiency and agility.

Greg is a highly experienced facilitator, presenter, qualified behavioural analyst and the founder of the highly successful freelance lawyer business AG Integrate. His work has been recognised in the FT Innovative Lawyer Awards and is the focus of a Harvard Business Review case study.
