Expertise

Kayleigh is an associate in the banking and finance team, specialising in asset based lending, receivables finance and trade finance. 

Kayleigh advises lenders and corporate borrowers on the full spectrum of domestic and cross-border transactions. Kayleigh advises on initial deal structuring, delivery and portfolio management, including turnaround and distressed scenarios. Kayleigh has also worked on various product development projects for clearing banks, independent ABLs and new market entrants. Kayleigh also advises fintechs in the banking-as-a-service space, with a particular focus on digital receivables purchase platforms, advising on documentation and operational best practice. 

Experience

Recent experience includes: 

  • advising 4Syte Group in relation to its £45m back-to-back asset based lending facility provided by NatWest
  • acting for BZ in relation to £80m asset based lending facilities provided to the ASCO Group
  • advising a high street clothing business in relation to an asset based facility in support of its turnaround strategy
  • advising FGI on its €36m financing in support of the acquisition of the Acal BFi group across seven jurisdictions in Europe and North America
  • acting for a multinational recruitment sector business in relation to the refinancing of its global syndicated invoice finance and term loan facilities
  • advising Lloyds Bank Commercial Finance on the rewriting of its factoring documentation
