I am experienced in all aspects of general commercial property and lead the teams dealing with the portfolio property work for a number of key clients including large scale acquisition and disposal programmes.  My involvement is often at a strategic level working proactively with clients to achieve their portfolio objectives.

I have a particular focus on and enjoy working with clients on property development matters notably residential developments of green and brownfield sites.  I am client partner for a number of clients focused on that area and all aspects of their promotion and disposal programmes.  I am experienced in the whole development process including complex JV arrangements and unpicking those difficult sites with solutions that work for all parties.   Examples include:

• Acting for Northern Trust on a 300 acre 11 site promotion agreement with Severn Trent
• Acting for a promoter on a 100 acre site with a collaboration agreement with 6 different owners on an equalised basis
• Acting on the sale of over £250 million of residential development sites in the last 3 years.

I have pioneered programmes for multiple clients on a collaborative basis utilising the latest technology with the principal aims of consistency and efficiency of service including working with other law firms on a cross-panel basis.  This included leading a team of 25 fee earners on the transfer of over 1500 properties in the North West as part of National Grid's sale of its gas distribution network.
