Rhiannon is a Managing Associate in our Manchester Real Estate team. Rhiannon has experience with all aspects of non-contentious commercial real estate work which sees her dealing with office and retail, development and industrial property. Rhiannon has a focus on landlord and tenant work acting for both landlords and tenants which sees her negotiating leases, agreements for lease, lease renewals, subleases and negotiating all types of estate management agreements.

Examples of Rhiannon's recent work includes:

• Acting for a student accommodation developer on the acquisition of a number of sites across England
• Working on a cross panel long term project for a national gas provider client in the sale of their gas distribution business
• Acting for a large national bank tenant in respect of their protected lease renewals and ancillary portfolio management work
• Acting for institutional landlords in lease negotiations and other general associated estate management work
• Acting on numerous lettings at Alderley Park, a 400 acre bio science research and development facility.
