- Greater Manchester Pension Fund with respect to the acquisition, letting and subsequent disposal of an industrial asset (£30m)
- abrdn in relation to its £15m sale of an office block
- Limitless Digital with respect to its pre-let of a 100,000 sq ft logistics facility
- Manchester Metropolitan University with respect to its acquisition of two floors of the Manchester Technology Centre
- Blank Street Coffee with respect to its U.K. entrance and store roll out
- Greater Manchester Pension Fund with respect to its purchase of two unstabalised distribution sites (circa £90m)
- Yourgene Health PLC on its acquisition of a 43,000 sq ft office and research facility in the Manchester Science Park.
