For several years he has focused on UK real estate infrastructure projects, acting for both private sector and public sector clients in the education and health arenas.
Recent mandates that Adrian has acted on include:
- advising UPP on its conversion to a UK REIT
- also acted for the Issuer on UPP's £1bn bond issue
- acted for Dandara on the creation of its PRS portfolio
