Ben is commercial lawyer who works closely with in-house lawyers, procurement/sales teams and management to facilitate commercial deals with the minimum of fuss. 

He advises on a broad range of commercial agreements, including procurement; logistics; agency/distribution; facilities management, manufacturing and supply chain. He has a particular emphasis on agreements relating to the retail and consumer sector. He also has significant experience on commercial matters in the context of corporate transactions.
