Emma is a qualified finance lawyer with experience advising on a range of financing transactions including leveraged finance, general corporate banking and project finance.    

Emma initially joined the Innovation and Legal Technology team in 2018 as a secondee from the AG Finance team, but has since transferred into the team in a permanent role. Emma's focus is to drive forward the use of technology in the Finance & Projects division at AG, to help our lawyers understand how technology can help us collaborate better with our clients and deliver legal services in an innovative and efficient way. Emma manages a number of projects which employ legal technology to drive greater efficiencies in the work of the division, through document automation, AI technology and improved transaction management.
