Helen is a Legal Director in the firm's Finance Disputes practice.  She is an experienced litigator specialising in dispute resolution for financial institutions, commercial enterprises and insolvency practitioners. 

Helen is highly regarded for her expertise in asset based lending and receivables financing sector.  She acts for clients in all types of recovery, enforcement and fraud actions involving factoring, invoice discounting and asset finance.

Recent highlights include acting for the joint administrators of Arena Television Limited  in various claims arising out of the most high profile and significant fraud to have impacted the asset-based lending industry in recent years.

Helen is involved in the recruitment and development of AG's junior members of staff including newly qualified solicitors, trainees and paralegals.
