Jenna has experience in acting for a range of lenders on the security work involved in charging large portfolios of properties for bank lending, including negotiating certificates of title, reporting to clients on the certificate of title and satisfying all conditions precedent ahead of completion.

Jenna's ESG experiences includes:
- Advising a global private wealth bank on the application of ESG ratings regulations to their products and businesses.
- Providing a session to a global courier service company on the timeline, scope and reporting requirements of CSRD, including, how the directive interlinks with other ESG regulations.
- Reviewing key ESG legislations coming into force for companies and providing opinions on whether a company may be in scope to comply.
- Advising on an ESG review for a food and beverage retailer's advertising campaign, specifically in relation to the FCA's anti-greenwashing rule.
