Jordan is an associate in the Infrastructure Projects and Energy team at Addleshaw Goddard, based in the London office. He advises clients on a range of transactional and structured projects work including project development, project finance and commercial matters in relation to the energy, transport, healthcare and education sectors.

Experience

Recent experience includes:

  • the lending syndicate in relation to the development of a £300m oncology hospital for the Velindre University Hospital Trust in Cardiff.
  • the Facility for Energy Inclusion Off-Grid Energy Access Fund in relation to its refinancing arrangements with a solar home system and smartphone financing provider based in Malawi.
  • a range of owners and managers of social infrastructure assets (including, hospitals, university accommodation and schools) on a variety of operational, financial and asset management matters.
  • MUA Group in relation to its £100m refinancing arrangements with three leading UK banks.
  • a leading French energy company in respect of its bid for the acquisition of a portfolio of 18 renewable energy assets in the UK (93 MW).
  • a Lithuanian sponsor on the project financing of a 264MW greenfield onshore wind farm in Lithuania.
  • Nigerian National Petroleum Company in relation to the financing arrangement for the exploration and development of Nigerian upstream licence area OML 42.
  • a state-owned development bank in respect of the project financing of a nuclear power station.
  • TfL on the procurement of three framework contracts for the provision of pan-TfL corrective works to civil assets. 
  • Network Rail in relation to the European Train Control System and its planned implementation in the United Kingdom. 
  • Semperian PPP Investment Partners in relation to its LIBOR transition arrangements across its projects portfolio.
