EXPERTISE

Natasha Chahal is an associate in Addleshaw Goddard's London office, qualifying into Commercial Disputes in March 2020 after training with the firm. Natasha has experience advising on a range of complex commercial disputes including claims for breach of contract, competition claims and business protection proceedings.

Natasha also has experience with international arbitration and commercial arbitration matters and assists with work both in the UK offices and Dubai office.

Recent experience includes:

• Assisting with both an ICC and UNCITRAL arbitration being run alongside each other.
• Assisting with a large competition matter involving a European manufacturer of power cables in the defence of three separate competition "follow-on" damages claims in the High Court.
• Advising an individual against a well-known tour operator in relation to breach of contract (Dubai).
