Tim is a Managing Associate in the Manchester Commercial Team. Tim is also a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney who advises on all aspects of brand portfolio management.

Tim regularly provides strategic and commercially focused advice as to the protection of his client's trade mark portfolios, to ensure that the required brand protection is in place to meet the current and future needs of these businesses. Tim advises on all aspects of brand protection, from creation and clearance of new brand names, the prosecution of global trade mark applications, prosecution of trade mark opposition and cancellation actions, and day-to-day maintenance issues, such as trade mark renewals. Working closely with the other IP specialists at Addleshaw Goddard, Tim is able to provide you with a one stop shop for your brand protection and enforcement needs.

We manage the global trade mark portfolios of many household name brands, including Harrods, HarperCollins Publishers, Kickers, Moneysupermarket and Travelodge Hotels, providing strategic advice for the protection and management of their brand portfolios.
