Alice is a Legal Director in our Financial Regulation Team. She advises a wide range of financial institutions on regulatory matters, with a particular focus on asset management and funds. Her experience covers both institutional asset management and retail wealth management. Alice's funds practice covers the full lifecycle from structuring and authorisation to ongoing compliance. She regularly advises FCA authorised firms on corporate transactions, cross-border services and marketing. Alice has extensive experience advising firms on interactions with the FCA and has represented trade associations both in relation to their members and the FCA.

- Advising a UK investment manager with £4.8 billion in AUM on numerous institutional segregated mandates, including sub-investment manager appointments to UCITS, AIFs and ERISA Plans.*
