Anya has worked in private practice specialising in employment law for over nineteen years. Anya is a Law Society of Scotland accredited specialist in employment law.

Anya is proficient in providing advice on all aspects of employment law. Anya has a particular interest in corporate transactions including TUPE transfers, insolvency proceedings and corporate deals with international aspects. Whilst Anya has a particular focus on clients in the energy sector, she also has experience in the manufacturing, construction, transport, leisure and retail sectors. Anya primarily advises employers and she also provides advice to Board members, executive teams, senior managers and HR teams. Anya is based in our Aberdeen office however, she services clients from across the UK and internationally.

Anya is highly regarded by clients and often viewed as their trusted advisor. She is adept at quickly understanding clients' businesses, pinpointing the issues and providing tailored, pragmatic, commercially astute advice, taking into account the factors that are important for the client.
