Charlene is an associate in the Corporate Finance team based in the Firm's Dubai office.
Prior to joining the Dubai team Charlene trained at the Firm's London office working on transactional corporate matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Across London and Dubai Charlene has worked on corporate transactions such as private and public mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, partnerships, initial public offerings, re-organisations and disposals including specific experience in the education sector.
In Dubai Charlene also advises multi-national clients on matters such as corporate governance and regulatory compliance assisting with operational efficiency.

- Advising Cognita, a global private schools group on a number of its acquisitions across the GCC region.
- Advising Gulf Capital and Mitsubishi Corporation in connection with their disposal of Metito Holdings Limited to Alpha Dhabi Holdings, a prominent Abu Dhabi based sovereign wealth fund.
- Advising YUM!, the owners of the Pizza Hut and KFC concepts, in relation to its franchising arrangements and general corporate and commercial matters in the GCC.
- Advising ASCA Capital Limited on its investment in UAE based gym wear brand, Squatwolf.
