Benjamin is a Partner in our Luxembourg office, specialising in a range of corporate, mergers & acquisitions, finance and banking work. He holds a L.LM. in international corporate finance law (Queen Mary University, London) and is a tri-registered solicitor (England & Wales, Luxembourg and Paris). He notably advises a variety of clients including international credit institutions, investments funds, private equity and aviation companies on their (re)financing transactions, mergers/demergers, restructuring, day-to-day corporate matters and private equity acquisitions, notably in the framework of the following transactions over the last years:

• advising senior lenders re their GBP320mil. financing for the acquisition by a private equity fund of an airport located in the Netherlands
• advising an Italian bank on its GBP350mil. facility refinancing in respect of a real estate portfolio acquisition
• advising a private equity firm on its joint venture transaction re a USD300mil. acquisition of a minority stake in a public company listed with the Hong Kong stock exchange
• advising a Luxembourg holding company on its intragroup financing and share capital increase of EUR4,2bil.
