Alfredo Guerrero is a partner and head of Litigation and Insolvency in the Madrid office. He is a trial lawyer with circa 30 years of experience who specialises in the fields of Company, Civil, Criminal and Insolvency Law. He is also an expert in arbitration and mediation.
He has been responsible for countless legal proceedings throughout his professional career, providing legal advice in all stages of the law process at Investigative Courts, Courts of First Instance, Company Courts, Contentious-Administrative Courts, Provincial Court of Appeals, National Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court, the Economic-Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court.

- Advice to Valencia Football Club on several court proceedings challenging the share capital increase of the company and the sale of the majority stake in the club to Meriton Holdings Limited.
- Advice on several domestic and international clients to, among others, EKZ Renewables, Canal de Isabel II, Callfer, Portobello Capital, EDP Group, Sonae, Aquilla Capital, EBN Banco de Negocios, Globalstar Technologies and CMA CGM.
- Advice to Merit Electronic Systems on claims filed by Merit Spain before Spanish and Mexican Courts against different subsidiaries of Aptiv Group in Europe, US and Mexico claiming the fulfilment of different manufacturing obligations under several manufacturing agreements.
- Advising on insolvency proceedings to several clients, including, Capwatt España, Colliers International Spain, PageGroup and Kronos.
- Advice to Novo Banco on several civil and criminal disputes, including criminal procedures initiated against a former employee of the company concerning illegal appropriation, money laundering, counterfeit and disloyal administration.
