EXPERTISE 

Emily Green is an associate in our Infrastructure, Energy and Projects team.  Her experience includes advising:

• National Grid on issuing a number of force majeure notices and drafting appropriate responses 
• a national regulated government entity with responsibility for national infrastructure on a multi-supplier procurement for the supply of a broad range of equipment including cable
• a local transport authority in relation to a joint venture arrangement with a property developer to enable it to start running trams on a new line
• Femern A/S, a Danish government owned company, on variations to be made to the procurement contracts in relation to building an immersed road and rail tunnel to link Denmark and Germany following a delay in approvals 
• National Grid on various matters as part of a virtual secondment
