Kathryn is a Legal Director in our Real Estate division. Kathryn has strong experience acting for developers, investors and end users of development projects.  She also regularly manages large real estate projects and portfolio deals involving multiple properties.

• Dandara on the development of over 2,000 units of housing being developed as Build to Rent accommodation in Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester
• Aviva Investors on the acquisition and forward funding of residential, hotel, student accommodation and office schemes
• HB Reavis on the development and strategic letting of one of their significant South Bank developments  – the 78,000 sq ft office site at 61 Southwark Street – Cooper & Southwark
• Travelodge Hotels on the acquisition and development of a number of hotels including mix use schemes, conversions and development sites
• Sheen Lane Developments on the acquisition, development and sale of multiple sites in London which were developed as PRS schemes
