Nick is a Managing Associate in the Real Estate Finance team in London. Nick advises banks, debt funds, insurers, developers and investors on a wide range of real estate finance transactions with particular expertise in investment and development finance and across sectors such as hotels and leisure, industrial, PBSA and BTR.  Nick plays a role in maintaining and developing several of the real estate finance client relationships both with clearing banks and alternative lenders.

• Acted for HSBC UK Bank plc on numerous hotel development and investment transactions
• Acted for an alternative lender on a number of its development transactions
• Acted for a clearing bank on a £45,000,000 (with a £20,000,000 accordion) house developer revolving credit facility 
• Acted for a bank on two cross-collateralised Sharia-compliant funding arrangements using a Murabaha structure
