Philip is an Associate in Dispute Resolution, specialising in employment law.

Philip advises employers on all aspects of the employment relationship including contentious and non-contentious matters. 

Philip regularly advises clients on the employment aspects of corporate transactions including the application of the Transfer of Undertaking Regulations.

In addition, Philip has extensive experience assisting clients in reviewing their employment documentation including contracts of employment, severance agreements, employee handbooks and policies.

Philip has represented clients before the Workplace Relations Commission and the civil courts.
