Expertise
Serena is a Principal Knowledge Lawyer within the Real Estate Division. She was originally an Associate who acted for institutional investors in relation to their property portfolios, carrying out property management work and advising on portfolio sales, purchases and re-financing exercises. Serena then spent nearly six years as a lecturer at BPP Law School where she became National Module Leader for the Property Module on the Legal Practice Course. This role involved designing and delivering the module to students along with design of the assessment programme. Serena now combines her skills in her knowledge lawyer role by providing training and practice-updates both internally and to clients, notably running a two-day Real Estate: Legal Foundations Course to over 200 clients each year.
