Eoin advises various construction stakeholders on non-contentious and contentious matters on large private and public sector projects in Ireland. He has experience in preparing suites of template contract documents with expertise in negotiating terms of private sector professional appointments for a variety of design consultants and consultants appointed to carry out statutory roles under the Building Regulations and Construction Regulations in Ireland.

Eoin also advises on contractual documentation on public sector projects, advising on issues relevant to the public sector standard contract forms and ancillary documents, collateral warranties, letters of reliance, interim and final project conformity statements, and certificates of compliance. 

Eoin has advised several consultants embroiled in large, high-value multi-party High Court proceedings, and has assisted clients in alternative dispute resolution fora, predominantly mediation.
