Sarah joined the Finance team at Addleshaw Goddard in November 2020. She has assisted with a wide range of transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers on a range of work including leveraged and corporate finance, real estate finance and asset based lending and involving a wide range of jurisdictions.

Sarah's recent experience includes:

• acting for the borrower group on a multi-jurisdictional acquisition involving a multi-million-euro credit facility;
• acting for the super senior lender on the amend and restate of a £65,000,000 revolving credit facility and simultaneous entry into a £25,000,000 term loan facility under the Coronavirus Large Business Interruption Scheme; and
• acting for two lenders on their simultaneous entry into £25,000,000 term loan facilities under the Coronavirus Large Business Interruption Loan Scheme with the same borrower.
