Theodoros is a Managing Associate based in our Luxembourg office who advises clients on a wide range of corporate, M&A and finance matters and transactions (general lending, private equity, infrastructure, real estate finance, aviation finance, restructurings, joint ventures etc.). 

Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Theodoros had worked in international and local law firms in Luxembourg, as well as for a European Union institution. Theodoros holds an LL.M. in International Business Law and is a member of the Luxembourg and Athens Bar Associations.
