Maximilian is an experienced corporate lawyer. He is dual qualified and advises a broad spectrum of clients located all around the world from high-net-worth individuals, family offices and (family-owned) mid-cap companies to global multinational enterprises. His focus is on public and private investments, including in start-ups, banking and finance, as well as on general corporate matters, including corporate litigation.

- Advising a German shipping group on corporate, banking and capital markets matters as well as in contentious proceedings.
- Ongoing advice to various companies operated by family offices and investments held by them on corporate law and disputes under corporate law as well as on the acquisition and disposal of investments, in particular on capital market law issues.
- Education
Maximilian studied law at the University of Bonn. He obtained a master of law (LL.M) from Vanderbilt University, U.S.A in 2008.
