Pervinder heads Addleshaw Goddard's Private Capital Group. She has significant experience in providing trusts and tax planning advice to high-net-worth–individuals and also regularly advises on issues concerning succession planning (including the formation of trusts). Recognised as a charity law expert by Chambers and Partners, Pervinder also provides specialist advice to a range of charities on issues such as formation, commercial participation, trustee duties and charity commission investigations.
