Vanessa is an Associate in Addleshaw Goddard, Singapore. She focuses on energy, construction and international arbitration.

She has acted in numerous complex multi-jurisdictional international arbitrations on a wide range of projects globally, including disputes in Brazil, India, Vietnam, Indonesia and Singapore.

She also advises international clients in the upstream energy sector and other prominent marine offshore contractors on a broad range of contracts, including the construction, operation and charter of Floating Production Storage and Offloading units, EPC contracts, windfarm, cable laying, shipbuilding, engineering services, sale and purchase of vessels and various offshore marine projects.

Vanessa's experience includes:

• Acting for major shipyard in multiple SIAC arbitrations involving termination disputes over agreements for the supply of drilling equipment with claims in excess of USD200 million.
• Acting for a leading global dredging and offshore contractor in an SIAC arbitration involving a major subsea installation project in South East Asia with claims in excess of SGD 100 million.
• Acting for a leading global dredging and offshore contractor in a BANI arbitration involving a dispute over dredging and reclamation works in Indonesia with claims in excess of USD 90 million.
• Acting for a leading global provider of offshore oil and gas solutions in a SIAC arbitration involving a dispute over a Floating Production Storage and Offloading project with claims in excess of SGD 10 million 
• Acting for major shipyard in multiple LMAA arbitrations involving the sale and purchase of a drilling unit.
