The focus of her role is to ensure we attract, retain and develop talented, client focused people who enjoy our straightforward, collaborative and inclusive culture.

Niki has over 18 years experience working in professional and financial services firms and has extensive expertise in talent development, employee engagement, reward, employee wellbeing, resource planning and diversity and inclusion. She leads a team of commercial HR professionals who advise and support the business across a range of functions including recruitment, learning and development and HR operations.
