Patrick is an Associate in the Global Investigations team. Patrick joined in March 2024 after completing his training contract at Addleshaw Goddard. Patrick has a range of disputes experience, including in commercial dispute resolution, civil fraud, international arbitration and insolvency.

- Acting for an income fund to investigate the non-repayment of loans and advise on associated civil proceedings for recovery.
- Acting for an individual to investigate a potential fraud and advise on asset recovery.
- Assisting with an internal investigation in relation to breaches of customs regulations.
- Acting for a major high street bank in a claim related to alleged fraudulent and negligent misrepresentations concerning LIBOR rates.
- Acting for a telecoms company in proceedings against its former chairperson in a claim for repayment of loans and enforcement of security following a series of events of default under facility agreements.
- Acting for an individual to investigate and commence proceedings against a major private equity firm alleging breach of fiduciary duty and fraud.
- Representing a Fortune 500 company in a $400m series of arbitration proceedings relating to the refusal of coverage for damage caused by defective products under a Bermuda form excess insurance policy.
- Defending an injunction application brought by a client's partner in a Joint Operating Company established to develop oil and gas fields in North Africa.
