Specialised in corporate transactions of real estate properties (mainly office buildings, retail assets and shopping centres, hotels and leisure, residential portfolios and residential products such as co-livings, senior livings or students’ residences and logistic assets) including property investment, development projects, construction, real estate focussed corporate transactions and general leasing matters.

Some of the clients she has advised include, among others, Generali, CBRE IM, Amazon, Merlin Properties, Kronos, McDonald’s and Navis Capital.

  • Advise a real estate investment company on the divestment of a logistic portfolio to another real estate investment company (30M €).
  • Advice Atalaya, an Andbank investment fund managed by Navis Capital, in the purchase of the Lanzarote Beach Hotel, located on the island of Lanzarote.
  • Advice Generali Real Estate on the sale of a 5,000 sqm building in the district of Fuencarral – El Pardo (Madrid).
  • Advice Iroko Zen on the acquisition of an industrial warehouse in León previously owned by Abrdn European Logistics Income PLC. 
  • Advice a real estate investment company on a future lease agreement of a 5 starts hotel to be built on an iconic building in Madrid to a luxury and well-known hotel operator.
