I trained and qualified at Pinsent Masons LLP, where I worked from September 2018 until October 2024. From qualification in September 2020, I worked in the firm's Employment & Reward team. I joined AG in October 2024. I have broad experience in employment law matters and regularly advise on a range of HR, ER and industrial relations issues. My experience includes:

  • Regular conduct of employment tribunal litigation across the UK, including claims relating to pay, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination;
  • Provision of ad-hoc employment law and HR/ER advice on a range of subjects, including the management of disciplinary and grievance processes, as well as the management of sickness absence, performance and redundancy processes;
  • Advising on industrial relations issues, including recognition requests and industrial action;
  • Advising on large-scale change projects involving redundancy consultation, mass settlement agreement projects and wider business reorganisations;
  • Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements;
  • Advising on employment law aspects of Corporate transactions, including due diligence, drafting of employment-related transaction documents, and advising on pre and post-completion employee issues;
  • Advising on the application of TUPE and information/consultation obligations as well as drafting supporting documentation;
  • Advising companies on senior executive-level reorganisations and exits.
