Jack is an Associate within the Real Estate team in Glasgow, acting for clients in the acquisition and disposal of investment properties and development land. Jack also acts for landlords and tenants in all aspects of lease negotiations including negotiating and drafting leases, variations of leases, and sub-leases.

Jack also has experience in providing real estate support to corporate transactions.

Jack's experience includes:

• Acting in the acquisition of various investment properties for institutional investors, including the acquisition of a portfolio of retail parks
• Acting in the acquisition of a number of prominent supermarkets for a global investor
• Advising on the real estate aspects of a corporate acquisition of an industrial and logistics company
• Forward funding of a number of sites for the erection of a PBSA
